Job Summary
We are seeking a Benefits & Payroll Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering employee benefits programs and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Job Responsibilities And Skills
- Manage day to day operations for employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings.
- Administer companies leave policies (STD, LTD, FMLA, Paternity)
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits and payroll.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll issues within HR Service Agreements.
- Collaborate with HR team on various projects and initiatives related to benefits and payroll.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration and payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now time off polices and administering Payroll in US.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now setting up time off polices and time and attendance in Canada.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to benefits and payroll.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
