What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public / Community Health Nurse Practitioner position at Clinity Talent?
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is interested in a permanent position in Brooklyn, NY. The NP will provide high quality medical care to adult & pediatric patients on a scheduled and unscheduled basis. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits, including NHSC student loan repayment .
All benefits covered by 1199 SEIU
Continuing Education (CMEs) - $1,500 reimbursable towards expense, 5 days paid CME days.
Responsibilities :
- Provides high quality health care screening through interview and examination of adult & pediatric patients
- Chart review
- Works with the other members of the medical team to promote and maintain high quality medical care for the patients.
- Participates in telephone on-call schedule as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
