The Role :
As a founding full-stack engineer, you'll help build our SaaS platform from the ground up. This isn't just another engineering position—you'll be architecting the technical foundation of a healthcare technology startup that's already gaining traction. You'll work directly with founders, have significant input on technical decisions, and see your work make an immediate impact.
Technical Requirements :
- 2-10 years of software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals
- Experience working at high-growth startups or big tech a plus
- Proven full-stack expertise with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern UI frameworks (Tailwind, etc.)
- Experience designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS / GCP / Azure
- Proficiency in database design and optimization across SQL and NoSQL systems
- Track record of architecting and deploying responsive, accessible web applications
- Experience designing resilient API architectures and microservices that handle real-world scale
