Ensure that all project schedules are accurately updated and aligned with project milestones.
Streamline the submittal process to ensure timely communication of submittal statuses and maintenance of submittal records in SharePoint.
Effectively track equipment deliveries and communicate updates to the project team.
Run SAP reports to support the tracking of project financials and identify variances. Monitor InvoiceTrack (IVT) to ensure timely processing of payments.
Document, track, and support the processing of change order requests and PCRs. Collaborate with the Construction Manager and Project Controller to assess cost, schedule, and scope impacts.
