Responsibilities and Expectations
As a Maintenance Mechanic Lead at ClinLab Staffing, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of equipment and facilities, including manuals, drawings, and operating procedures.
- Collaborating with other associates to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Scheduling and planning preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Responding promptly to equipment failures and performing repairs under the direction of the engineering department.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A State Certified Journeyman Maintenance Mechanic or equivalent qualification.
- Four years' experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with training and experience in facilities maintenance, machinery repair, metal fabrication, welding, flame cutting, parts fabrication, preventive maintenance services, and repair and installation experience with electrical, industrial plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, equipment rigging, and instrumentation systems.
- Experience in calibration is preferred.
- A High School diploma or equivalent.
- A valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift.
