Responsibilities:
As a Scientific Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing top scientific talent. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies: Collaborate within a team to understand their needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Sourcing candidates: Proactively souring the best candidates utilize various channels, including databases, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screening and interviewing candidates: Evaluate candidates' qualifications through phone screens, in-depth interviews, and skills assessments.
- Building relationships with candidates: Foster strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiating offers: Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, scientific discipline or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience within sales, customer service, hospitality, client management, recruitment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
