- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates and active applicants to streamline the recruiting process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruiting strategies.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in B2B sales roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct cold calls and engage with potential candidates effectively.
- Experience with various recruiting platforms and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
