Supervising team activities and assessing results

Training and nurturing new team members on our systems

Reporting daily field activities through our Salesforce-based CRM

Concentrating on client management, growth, training, and leadership

Proficient time management capabilities to meet deadlines

Strong leadership and supervisory abilities

Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
