The Wilson Agency markets products primarily in the B2B market. We have openings for career minded individuals who seek rapid advancement into management positions.
This is a full-time position in the Eastern Shore of Alabama region working with small business owners and their employees with tax savings, while providing benefits as well.
Qualifications :
- No experience is required. We train an individual in all aspects of our business to be successful in a short period of time.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively serve our clients’ needs and help them make informed decisions.
- Self-Motivated and organized with excellent time management skills and very goal oriented.
- To be successful in this industry, you will need the ability to train and supervise others
- Must have reliable transportation and clean background
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in an occasional high-paced environment.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- The desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
