Job Title: HHA Course Faculty Member (Spanish, English)

The Clinton Institute is seeking passionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) instructors to join our faculty in Westchester, New York. As a faculty member, you will have the opportunity to teach and inspire future healthcare professionals by providing high-quality training in both English and Spanish.
Job Responsibilities:
- Classroom Instruction: Lead day, evening or weekend days HHA courses, instructing students on the key skills and knowledge required to become certified Home Health Aides.
- Skills Demonstration: Demonstrate and teach practical skills, including personal care, mobility assistance, and other caregiving tasks, ensuring that students understand and can perform each skill.
- Classroom Management: Manage the classroom environment, ensuring it is conducive to learning. Provide individual support to students as necessary.
- Assessment: Conduct skills assessments, quizzes to evaluate students’ progress and ensure they meet the required competency standards.
- Student Engagement: Encourage student participation, foster a positive and supportive learning environment, and offer guidance to students in achieving their personal and professional goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Must have a Registered Nursing (RN) degree in the United States.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to instruct students in both languages.
- Passion for Teaching: Must be enthusiastic about teaching and helping others succeed in the healthcare field.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise, and patient manner.
- Location: Ability to work in Westchester, NY, at the Clinton Institute.
