Airport Facilities Manager

The Manager - Facilities will oversee all department operations for airport facilities, fleet service, airfield maintenance, and ensure those areas remain in compliance with FAR Part 139 and CFR 1542 regulations. They will also plan and direct the efficient allocation of staff and resources for maintenance and repair to airport buildings, infrastructures and the airfield.

This position will develop and execute a preventative maintenance plan, promote occupational health and safety, and train and educate staff in order to mitigate accidents and injuries. They will supervise staff, evaluate performance, manage time sheets, and ensure all related policies and procedures are followed.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction, or Engineering is preferred; along with a minimum 4 years maintenance work experience and/or training that includes supervising direct reports (preferably in an airport or related environment); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. HVAC, plumbing, or electrician license is also desirable.

This is a Full-time, Exempt senior management position that will normally work Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, but must be on-call and available to report to work during nights, weekends, and holidays if needed. The salary pay grade range is $80k - $120k annually. Starting bi-weekly pay rate will be based on previous work experience and education.
