Weekend Event Coverage Staff

DESCRIPTION:
Supervision and facility coverage at weekend events to include opening/closing the building, set up as needed in preparation for the event, monitoring areas during the event, breaking down set up after the event, and light custodial duties during and after the event such as sweeping, wiping surface areas, and trash disposal. Specific assignment is dependent upon the event, but events generally range from 3-10 hours in length. General weekend needs are between 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional night events that end by 10:00 PM.
