Clive Daniel Home is looking for a Warehouse Manager who is charismatic, personable, and energetic. The position requires performance in various duties.
Duties may include:
- Hires warehouse staff.
- Develops and coordinates warehouse training program.
- Schedules all store deliveries.
- Maintains open communication with warehouse/distribution center regarding transfers and deliveries.
- Initiates all store inventory transfers.
- Pulls all sold product for deliveries and transfers.
- Log and record all incoming store shipments.
- Receive, tag, move and locate incoming inventory.
- Monitors Inventory movement and loss prevention.
- Reports to the operations manager all daily activity in warehouse.
- Monitors potential delivery issues with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Works directly with business office to resolve customer delivery issues.
- Acts as a support for all employees.
- Supports inventory management and customer service.
- Responsible for the care and maintenance of store delivery vehicles.
- Assists clients in the store.
- Provides overall support within the store.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, Six to eight years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Exhibits high standards of professionalism
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Ability to package products for shipping and delivery
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Knowledge of staff hiring procedures
- Employee development skills
- Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-range goals.
- Organizing and coordinating skills
- Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures
Physical Requirements:
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
