CLK Multifamily Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator. CLK is seeking a candidate with apartment maintenance experience, who is a hardworking and takes pride in the quality of work performed. Come join the CLK Culture.
Candidates should have at least one year experience in property maintenance, customer service skills with residents, co-workers, and vendors. Candidates must also have time management skills to work independently to meet deadlines to achieve property goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure all make-readies are completed in a timely fashion.
- Accept resident calls related to maintenance issues.
- Distribute work orders among the maintenance staff.
- Issue keys to maintenance personnel and outside vendors as necessary to complete needed repairs.
- Maintain the integrity of the key system; ensure all keys are returned promptly and only distributed as necessary.
Resident Relations
- Courteously accept resident calls related to maintenance issues.
- Ensure that resident’s maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
- Conduct service follow-up with residents when work is completed.
Administrative
- Maintain and update the computer system with all maintenance work-orders issued and completed.
- Regularly update the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor as to the status of work-orders issued and completed.
- Organize and file all applicable reports and paperwork.
QUALIFICATIONS
Position requires at least 6 months experience in property management or experience in a customer service field. Must have at least intermediate computer knowledge.
