Overview:
CLn Skin Care, a leader in innovative, dermatologist-recommended skin care solutions, is seeking motivated Independent Sales Representatives (1099) to join our team. We are looking for candidates with a proven background in dermatology or aesthetic care to drive sales and build relationships with dermatologists, aestheticians, and other skin care professionals. Candidates must reside in a medium to large city and have the ability to drive for in-person client visits. This is an excellent opportunity for self-starters who thrive in a independent contractor role.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell CLn Skin Care products to dermatology practices, med-spas, aesthetic clinics, and other relevant healthcare providers within your territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person visits and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including dermatologists, aestheticians, and office managers.
- Educate clients on the benefits and clinical efficacy of CLn Skin Care products.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence (as needed).
- Provide feedback to the CLn Skin Care team on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in dermatology, aesthetic care, or a related field (e.g., pharmaceutical or medical device sales to dermatologists or aesthetic professionals).
- Must reside in a city with an NFL, NBA, or MLB team (e.g., Phoenix, Chicago, Denver, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel within your assigned territory.
- Strong network of contacts within the dermatology or aesthetic care industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Passion for skin care and a desire to represent a trusted, high-quality brand.
Compensation:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped commission potential.
