A telecommunication company in Plano, TX is looking to hire a Stock Plan Administrator on a permanent basis. The person in this role will manage the company's global equity programs. Responsibilities include administering the company stock plans, preparing and providing information to stock plan participants, managing grants process, award terminations, equity vesting, and share pool tracking. This person will utilize the stock plan administration platform for reporting and analysis.
This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days in the office.

Qualifications
- 6 years of stock administration experience
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting and SEC regulations including ASC 718
- Experience with stock plan administrative platforms
