Job Title : Stock Plan Administrator (Executive Compensation)
Location : Plano, TX (3 days a week in-office)
Job Overview :
As the Stock Plan Administrator (Executive Compensation) at our Plano headquarters, you will oversee and manage the company's global equity incentive programs. This includes administering stock plans, preparing information for plan participants, and handling the processing of grants, award terminations, equity vesting, exercises, share pool tracking, and more.
You will maintain and update the stock plan administration platform, generate reports, provide analysis, and contribute to moderate-to-complex projects. This role requires close collaboration with the Global Total Rewards team, HR Business Partners, Ribbon Finance, and offers senior leadership exposure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee equity administration and manage daily operations related to equity compensation.
- Prepare recurring and custom reports to support financial disclosures for SEC filings, including Form 10-K, 10-Q, proxy statements, and other ad-hoc reports.
- Develop materials and presentations for the Compensation Committee of the Board, CEO, and senior leadership on equity plan design, outcomes, and stock recommendations.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and HR teams to design equity communications, ensure compliance with federal / state regulations, securities laws, and international regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date equity participant and data records in partnership with HR and Finance teams.
- Process and monitor equity award activities, including grants, vesting, exercises, and terminations.
- Perform audits, data analysis, and reconciliations on complex data sets and calculations.
- Collaborate with Finance to forecast and budget equity compensation and assist in monthly financial reporting and journal entries.
- Act as the lead for equity-related audit requests and coordinate with internal and external auditors to respond to inquiries.
- Support tax-related requests for both internal and external tax partners.
- Implement SOX controls and best practices for equity compensation administration.
- Monitor regulatory changes (federal, state, international) and ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations.
- Reconcile equity records between Stock Administration, HR, and Payroll to maintain data integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service to plan participants and internal teams, answering questions and offering training on equity topics.
- Manage and update equity education materials on the company's internal website.
- Participate in or lead additional projects as assigned.
