Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
- Greet customers and engage them in conversation to understand their vehicle needs.
- Provide information on available vehicles, features, pricing, and financing options.

Sales Process:
- Conduct test drives with customers and highlight key features and benefits of the vehicles.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Inventory Knowledge:
- Stay informed about current inventory and upcoming models to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in maintaining the sales floor and ensuring vehicles are properly displayed.

Administrative Duties:
- Complete all necessary paperwork related to vehicle sales, including sales contracts and financing applications.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track leads using dealership software.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in sales or automotive technology is a plus.

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with automotive brands, especially Ford, is beneficial.
