As an Internet Sales Representative at Cloninger Ford Toyota, you will play a key role in driving online sales and customer engagement. Your primary responsibility is to respond to inbound customer inquiries, guide potential buyers through the online purchasing process, and ensure a seamless transition from online to in-person interaction. You will act as the initial point of contact for leads generated through the dealerships website, social media channels, and third-party platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound internet leads via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
- Qualify leads and gather customer information to determine their vehicle preferences, budget, and financing needs.
- Provide information on vehicle availability, pricing, features, and promotions.
- Schedule test drives and follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
- Use CRM software to track and manage leads, ensuring that all customer interactions are logged accurately.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from online inquiries to in-person meetings.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have during the purchasing process.
- Stay up-to-date on dealership products, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Compensation:
