As we evolve and expand our full-funnel digital capabilities, we are seeking a seasoned Digital Omni-Channel Manager to join our growing and innovative team. A compelling candidate will be able to think about media strategies that span the full funnel, and the ways in which brand and performance work together. Youll have strong omni-channel experience with a marked emphasis in social strategy and understand how to look at channels as an ecosystem rather than separate entities.
You will work collaboratively across a variety of accounts within our portfolio of brands serving as subject matter expert and engaging with leads across other channel disciplines to craft unified, omni-channel strategies. Partnering with and reporting to our Director of Advertising, youll be tasked with helping sell through our core philosophy of the intersection between brand and performance through best-in-class strategic media recommendations. This can be a fully remote position (U.S. only) or an in-office / hybrid position for those who live in the Greater Sacramento Area.
You Will :
- Be responsible for planning, launching and meticulously optimizing our clients multi-channel digital advertising accounts with a focus on paid social, programmatic, native, and CTV (an emphasis on social with demonstrated deep experience across all channels is mandatory for consideration)
- Have proven experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and its applications, specifically how it can work in conjunction with platform-level data to show both behavioral insights while driving bottom line sales
- Proactively monitor performance of accounts, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and implement changes
- Manage client relationships including leading client meetings (typically video calls) and setting expectations via clear, concise communications
- Analyze account data using statistical skills, compile reports and produce data visualizations
- Mentor Digital Advertising Specialists and assign tasks as needed
- Research and keep abreast of trends in paid social, paid search and other digital advertising channels
