The Role:
As a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating business by engaging homeowners, setting qualified appointments for roof inspections, and connecting potential clients with our trusted services. This is a field-based role requiring in-person prospecting. Your daily tasks will include:
- Initiating door-to-door outreach in your designated territory (Tampa, FL)
- Explaining Roofing solutions for roofing needs to homeowners.
- Scheduling high-quality drone appointments for roofing inspections.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly appointment-setting targets.

Compensation:
- On-Track Earnings (OTE): $112,000-$165,000
- W2 Role: Includes a competitive weekly draw and four weeks of paid training.
- $500 monthly vehicle stipend - Gas card or reimbursement
- Benefits (after 90 day probationary period)
