The Role : You will engage with warm inbound leads, qualify and assess if they are a good fit for the program, book them on a call with your experienced Closer, and move them 1 step closer to connecting with the #1 business coach in the world.
Key Responsibilities :
- Have conversations with aspiring entrepreneurs to get them set up to be enrolled into the business coaching mastermind.
- Conduct 110-130 outbound dials per day to warm leads
- Build rapport and generate excitement, guiding prospects to book a call with the sales executives
- Track metrics and re-engage past leads
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to best serve clients
- Provide a "best-in-class" client experience, aiming to exceed monthly KPIs.
