We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader to drive the continued growth of our hosted buyer event portfolio. This highimpact role offers the opportunity to shape the future of curated relationshipdriven events that foster meaningful business connections through 1 : 1 meetings and drive measurable results for participants.
THE ROLE :
As Executive Vice President you will oversee the strategy execution and growth of our hosted buyer events which are renowned for their unique blend of curated content purposeful networking matched 1 : 1 meetings and highend experiences. This role demands a growth mindset strategic leadership and operational expertise to set the standard in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead with Vision : Shape and execute the strategic direction of the 13 events currently in the portfolio ensuring alignment with market opportunities and client needs.
- Drive Revenue and Efficiency : Own full P&L responsibility achieving ambitious growth goals while optimizing operational processes and resource allocation.
- Inspire Teams : Lead mentor and empower crossfunctional teams across sales marketing content and operations to consistently exceed expectations.
- Foster Relationships : Build and maintain strong partnerships with industry leaders clients and sponsors to enhance event value and drive business growth.
- Analyze and Act : Leverage datadriven insights to guide decisionmaking and continuously improve the attendee and sponsor ROI and experience.
- Lead the Strategy : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to shape the broader strategic objectives and contribute to its longterm success.
