Custom Closet Designer

We are growing and are looking to add a Closet Designer/Drafter.

Position Training includes:

Designing, industry standards, software training, customer service interaction, job site walk through's.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact between contractors and clientele
• Designing interior spaces for clients homes
• Performing outside sales with contractors
• HBA committee member
• Maintaining and tracking expected profit margins
• Building relations with Realtors, Interior Designs, Contractors, and Clients
• Maintain website and creating social media content
• Researching and creating new design ideas and trends
• Following up with project and clients during and after completetion
• Working with our Project Manager to maintain the course of each project
• Following up new clientele through our website/online/emails and taking calls for our services
• Performing industry standards training with designing, co-workers and other sources

Qualifications

• Previous Interior Design experience and or previous Cabinet Design experience Preferred
• Previous Construction Project management .
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to learn, listen, follow instructions for training
• Previous Sales experience Preferred
• Knowledge of Interior Design through schooling, previous position or from Cabinet Designing
• Inter-office ability to work with other across multiple projects and cross responsibilities
• Education 2 years of business, marketing, interior design or equal work experience

Job Type: Commission

Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tea, SD 57064
