Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy
- Program machines using CNC software
- Customize parts according to specifications
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products - Assemble components to create final products
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and tools
- Knowledge of stamping press operations is a plus
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively
- Strong understanding of quality control procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
