Duties
- Generate qualified leads of potential customers, capturing contact information and needs.
- Greet and engage with potential customers and promote the benefits of Closet Factory’s products and services to drive sales.
- Work closely with store management to track lead follow-ups and sales conversions.
- Maintain the presentation of Closet Factory displays within our retail partner's stores, ensuring they are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Ensure all product samples, brochures, and marketing materials are stocked and properly displayed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to articulate benefits of our products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
