What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Setter position at Snow Horse Marketing?
*Must reside in MST, CST, or EST.
Snow Horse Marketing is seeking part-time appointment setters to join our remote team. This is a 1099 contract position with a trial of 90 days that may be extended based on performance. Pay is based on deliverables with no cap.
At Snow Horse we cultivate a small team of high impact players. We are building a solid group of highly trustworthy individuals who embrace solution-based thinking and enjoy making a positive impact on their team and clients.
This opening is not a fit for everyone. That being said, we are willing to train the right person.
The ideal candidate has grit. They are proactive, innovative, and outcome-driven. Most importantly, they are eager to build a long-term career! Again, this is a remote position, so they have to be comfortable working from home.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Prospect individuals we can build long-term success with.
- Connect and reach out to decision makers on LinkedIn and through other processes to set appointments for our Account Management team.
- Daily communication with team members and prospects. Be social and enjoy getting to know new people.
- Willing to learn and utilize a variety of systems.
- Be an interdependent team member.
About YOU:
- You have experience with LinkedIn, Email, and other avenues of outreach.
- You are knowledgeable in Google workspace and are tech savvy, not afraid to learn new technology!
- You're a self-starter, productive, highly organized, work well independently, have a "figure it out" mentality, and are comfortable asking questions!
- You have excellent verbal and written communication, high attention to detail, and can perform and prioritize multiple tasks at once.
- You are highly accountable, trustworthy, and have a strong work ethic.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, are reliable, honest, and optimistic. We are building a collaborative team!
