Job Summary:
Closets by Design Charlotte is seeking a Full Time, Salaried Sales Manager to join our team in order to help manage the franchise operation and promote our products & services. Reporting directly to the Franchise Owner, the Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and direct an in-home sales team.
- Interview, hire and train salespeople.
- Facilitate training in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Results driven toward achieving goals.
- Understand and know how to motivate a Sales Team.
Requirements:
- 2 – 5 years minimum - managing sales teams.
- Personal sales background of at least 5 years with a proven track record
- Commitment to following our proven, successful sales model.
- Positive attitude towards achievement
- Great communication, organization, and coordination skills
- Experience working with consumers.
- Retail sales and management a plus
