Position Overview: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, part-time Customer Service/Office Representative to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience. If you have a passion for client satisfaction and strong organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Days/Hours: M- F from 8am-12pm (and Rotating Saturday’s from 9:15am-4:15pm) in our Office in South Salt Lake, Utah.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth.

Manage and coordinate designers' appointment schedules.

Greet and assist visitors with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Provide administrative support to the office staff, sales team, and production/installation departments.

Perform general office duties and work efficiently with computer systems.
