Customer Service / Office Representative Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. Job Responsibilities : The position will provide excellent customer service for our customers that will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updates to client files. This is a busy home design office and attention to detail is an important part of this position. Specific Duties Include :
- Answer customer inquiries on the telephone and by email.
- Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and communication with customers as well as internal departments.
- Schedule services and coordinate schedules with the Install Department
- Update file with all customer interactions recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as resolutions.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Job Requirements :
- Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service experience in an office setting
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal / written).
- Proper phone etiquette
- Prior exposure to and use of Customer Relations Management Software Previous customer service experience with a home improvement company is a Plus! Benefits :
