The Sales Associate position is the most important job of our business. As a Sales Associate you are doing much more than selling, you are the face of the business to our customers. Your most important job is to educate our customers and provide excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, attentive, punctual, and reliable.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greet and engage customers in the store and on the phone
• Understand and listen to Customers needs
• Maintain a strong understanding of all the products and provide Customers with correct production information
• Actively maintain store appearance. Ensure store is organized and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Maintain knowledge of current stock availability on the floor and backrooms
• Managing and restocking Inventory
• Operate the Point of Sale system and processing cash/credit card sales
• Participate in staff training and store events

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS VAPE STORE WORK EXPERIENCE

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Retail - 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales Experience - 1 year (Preferred)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Independent & self-starter
• Reliable and organized
• Highly detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Good communication skills allowing for effective communication with customers & coworkers
• Possess computer skills to operate retail sale system, online store, word, excel, and internet sales
