Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of application developers and data analysts.
- Own the application design process, including needs and requirements analysis for new systems, ensuring compliance with client security operations, and technical / UX improvements for existing systems.
- Principal responsibility for system availability and application quality; monitor project, team and system performance via key performance indicators (KPIs) using internal tools.
- Adapt to rapidly evolving requirements and changing priorities and drive the team accordingly.
- Take a leading role in feature, bug and project prioritization in collaboration with Client stakeholder and team.
- Create and maintain documentation related to the teams activities and projects.
- Train and mentor new and current developers; drive to develop a results-oriented team.
- Facilitate sprint planning meetings, daily standups and sprint retrospectives.
- Define and Implement process improvements that promote program agility and scalability.
- Actively contribute to the code base; up to 50% of this position involves coding.
