Job Description
Duration : 8 Months
Rate : $50 / hr On C2C (Max)
Required Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Usability Engineering, or Information Design plus 2 years experience. Certification in Usability plus 4 years experience is acceptable in lieu of a degree. Advanced degree is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate User Experience Research activities for products and websites.
- Research and analyze applications and websites to determine appropriate user experience research activities.
- Conduct user experience research activities such as usability tests, card sorts, surveys, focus groups, and interviews for complex products and websites.
- Conduct user experience recruiting activities, such as maintaining the participant database and arranging facility rentals.
- Set up and run meetings; prepare and distribute meeting notes.
- Write proposals and create research materials.
- Gather and analyze activity results; collaborate with User Engineering Services to determine recommendations.
- Write result reports and conduct presentations to the project team.
- Analyze usability activity results and provide feedback to the project team.
- Create and deliver proposals, reports, and presentations on time and with high quality.
- Coordinate conference activities.
- Track problems during the course of a project and report resolutions to User Experience Research organization.
- Evaluate new tools (hardware and software) and review new industry research.
