We are seeking a Certified Scrum Master to work with our client. The Scrum Master will lead Agile development teams, facilitate key ceremonies, and promote Agile best practices across the organization. This role is responsible for coaching teams, removing impediments, tracking risks, and ensuring high performance while managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with expertise in Jira, Confluence, and data-centric projects.

Duties
- Familiar with Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile development methods
- Facilitate team events – daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
- Lead, and work alongside, teams of developers, Product Owners, QA staff
- May lead multiple Scrum teams.
- Guide, coach, motivate, and lead the team toward high performance and predictable results
- Evangelize Agile values and principles throughout the organization
- Encourage effective communications between team members and other teams.
- Identify and track risks, impediments, and issues affecting the team Remove or help remove impediments.
- Reporting and/or creation of Team performance and project metrics
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Scrum Master Certification
- 8 years of experience including the following:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the software development field
- 2 years of experience using Jira and Confluence
- 1 years of experience working with SharePoint
- 1 years of experience working with MS Project 1 years of experience working on data-centric projects (such as ETL)
- Medicaid experience
- JIRA Administrator experience
- Experience in traditional waterfall project/hybrid methodologies
- Excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, proofreading and editing skills with high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills – the ability to understand and articulate complex technical and process concepts
- Fast learner and eager to learn
