Job Details
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Familiar with Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile development methods
- Facilitate team events daily scrums, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
- Lead, and work alongside, teams of developers, Product Owners, QA staff
- May lead multiple Scrum teams.
- Guide, coach, motivate, and lead the team toward high performance and predictable results
- Evangelize Agile values and principles throughout the organization
- Encourage effective communications between team members and other teams.
- Identify and track risks, impediments, and issues affecting the team Remove or help remove impediments.
- Reporting and/or creation of Team performance and project metrics
Basic Qualifications:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Scrum Master Certification
- Minimum 8 years of experience including the following:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in the software development field
- 2 years of experience using Jira and Confluence
- 1 years of experience working with SharePoint
- 1 years of experience working with MS Project
- 1 years of experience working on data-centric projects (such as ETL)
- Medicaid experience
- JIRA Administrator experience
- Experience in traditional waterfall project/hybrid methodologies
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent spelling, grammar, punctuation, proofreading and editing skills with high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills the ability to understand and articulate complex technical and process concepts
