Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled HCM PeopleSoft Developer with extensive experience in maintaining and enhancing PeopleSoft applications to join our team and support our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing PeopleSoft applications, with a strong focus on PeopleSoft HCM (Human Resources, Pension Administration, and Payroll for North America). The candidate must have extensive experience in integration technologies, particularly REST-based integrations, and be proficient in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, COBOL, and SQR development. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders and end-users to deliver high-quality solutions.
Duties:

Maintain, support, and enhance existing PeopleSoft applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PeopleSoft COBOL, Application Engine, SQR programs.

Design and implement REST-based integrations using PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Web Services, and APIs.

Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.

Utilize App Designer and Data Mover for application development and data management.

Optimize and tune PeopleSoft applications for improved performance and scalability.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and junior developers.

Participate in upgrade projects, patches, and migrations as needed.

Document technical processes, solutions, and user guides for future reference.
Mandatory Qualifications:

Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Designer, and Data Mover.

Strong experience in developing and modifying Application Engine, SQR and COBOL programs.

Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM modules, including Human Resources, Pension Administration, and Payroll for North America.

Strong understanding of PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Web Services, and APIs.

Experience with REST-based integrations and web services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage with users in a congenial and effective manner.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualifications:

Experience with Fluid UI and Workflow.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft security and data model design.

Experience with PeopleTools 8.57 and above versions.

Familiarity with PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM, and Oracle databases.
