Overview:
We are seeking a PeopleSoft Specialist Business Analyst who will support our client. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects within the public sector, helping to solve complex IT challenges and drive meaningful results.
Duties:

Gather and document functional requirements.

Create design specifications and ensure alignment with operational needs.

Develop and execute test scenarios and review results.
-
Lead knowledge transfer sessions.
-
Utilize strong analytical skills to support business needs.

Experience in business analysis, functional documentation, and testing.
Mandatory Qualifications:

6 years of business analysis experience in a PeopleSoft environment across at least five of the following BABOK Guide knowledge areas:

Business analysis planning and monitoring
-
Elicitation and collaboration
-
Requirements life cycle management
-
Strategy analysis
-
Requirements analysis and design definition
-
Solution evaluation
-
6 years of experience reading and creating SQL queries.

6 years of experience with PeopleSoft architecture and table structures.

4 years of experience performing business analysis in specified PeopleSoft modules.

4 years of experience facilitating requirements and design sessions with end users.

Business analysis experience in a government setting using PeopleSoft.

Experience developing functional solutions for complex business problems impacting multiple stakeholders, facing customer resistance, or with significant constraints.

Experience providing knowledge transfer on new technologies and/or developed applications to other business analysts.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting a pension benefit administration solution in a government setting is a plus.
