About The Role
As a Strategic and OEM Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our most complex and high-value customer accounts. You will support the sales team in closing OEM accounts and lead post-sale account management efforts. Your goal will be to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to drive strategic initiatives and provide best-in-class customer support.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Adoption
- Own and manage a portfolio of
- Enterprise and OEM accounts.
- Drive Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) growth.
- Achieve renewal and expansion targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Accelerate customer activation to optimize time to value.
- Ensure continuous product usage by engaging all accounts at least monthly.
- Maintain a mutual strategic communication plan with each customer.
- Understand each client’s business goals and seamlessly integrate into their team.
- Keep HubSpot dashboards updated in real time.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers within Cloud Campaign.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings.
- Represent the voice of the customer while communicating company responses externally.
- 7 years of experience in customer success, account management, or related fields with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Managed a book of business worth $4M with 120% year-over-year growth.
- Top performer in previous roles.
- Experience managing strategic and enterprise accounts and working with API integrations.
- Ability to travel to meet with clients as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in social media marketing and digital agency operations.
- Background in startups and high-growth environments.
- Advanced technical skills in troubleshooting or software development.
- Relevant certifications in customer success management, CRM tools, or project management.
