The Role:
Cloud Coach is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition within mid-market and enterprise segments. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, helping global businesses achieve significant productivity and growth with our enterprise-grade solutions.
How You'll Make an Impact:
As an Account Executive, you’ll focus on strategically acquiring new mid-market and enterprise customers, driving revenue growth through consultative sales and strong relationship-building.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities, managing complex sales cycles.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and consistently meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
- Demonstrate product value through customized presentations and solution-based selling.
- Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
We’re looking for a proven SaaS sales professional with a strong track record in mid-market and enterprise account management.
- 5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or enterprise segments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and exceed revenue targets.
- Expertise in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and disciplined pipeline management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Consultative sales approach with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset.
- Hybrid work environment—ideally located in Denver or Fort Collins area.

- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential $115,000- $125,000 base salary with $230,000-$250,000 OTE (OTE commensurate with experience).
