Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to client locations

- Handle cash transactions when necessary
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote products or services
- Perform outbound calling to schedule appointments or follow up with clients
- Maintain accurate records through data entry
- Assist with office tasks as needed
Experience
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Strong background in customer support and client services
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Experience in cash handling is a plus
- Familiarity with outbound calling and collaboration with sales teams
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
