Fulfillment Specialist/Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to address their needs
• Collaborate with the sales team to support client services and enhance customer satisfaction
• Utilize multilingual or skills to assist a diverse customer base
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Maintain office professionalism and communicate effectively with customers

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
• Strong data entry skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• Sorting of inbound USPS and inter-office mail and packages for a publicly held company.
• Hand collating printed materials and hand stuffing the printed pieces into envelopes.
• Utilize FedEx Ship Manager software for shipping requests.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
