Job Title: Solution Architect / Senior Developer – ServiceNow

Location: Gwynn Oak, MD (On-site, 5 days a week)

Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Contract Requirement)

Required Skills:

• 8 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, working across various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and HR).
• 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect.
• 5 years of experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications or data sources.
• 5 years of experience leading complex solutions and integrations.
• 3 years of experience leading development teams.
• Extensive understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with the U.S. Federal Government is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
• Experience in Project Management, requirements management, and Agile development practices.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect preferred.
• Certification in one or more additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, CSM, SecOps, etc.).
• Experience with Web development technologies (X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular, JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java).
• Knowledge of Java scripting to automate ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP web service protocols.
• Experience with Business Rules, workflows, Identification Rules, Workspaces, and external Portals.
• Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP.
• ServiceNow developer certifications in ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, CSM, HR, or other relevant modules.
• Project Management or Agile certification.
• ITILv4 Foundations certification.
