Oracle Cloud HRIS Manager

Our client, a long-standing and very stable corporation with superb culture, is looking for a hands-on HRIS Manager.  The company utilizes the Oracle Cloud HCM platform so Oracle Cloud HCM experience is a must. This is a player-coach role, meaning that 50% of your time will be focused on managing a small team of direct reports, and 50% of your time will be doing hands-on tasks within Oracle.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage small team of HRIS Analysts
  • Oversee support team
  • Main POC for consulting partner, navigating partner spend, deliverables, etc
  • Hands-on tasks can include configuration changes, quarterly upgrades, integrations, etc

Requirements :

  • At least 2 yrs experience managing direct reports
  • Hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience
  • Ability to travel once per quarter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Salary will be dependent on experience but max will be $145-150K for an ideal candidate

    • Salary : $145,000 - $150,000
