Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a MSP Dir-IT Managed Services at Cloudbusters®, Inc. The role entails overseeing network administration, information technology operations, troubleshooting, network security, and providing exceptional customer service. Located in Crown Point, IN, this role requires hands-on management of IT services.
Qualifications
- BS Degree in Information Technology, or a related field. Or military equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Managed Services, Engineering, or a technical engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and security.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of project & client management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Any related certifications CompTIA (any), CISSP, CCNA, etc.
