The Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr. BSA) is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business systems and processes to support organizational goals. This role involves gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring systems meet business needs. The Sr. BSA acts as a liaison between business and technical teams, leading project activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions.
Requirements :
1. The candidate should have a proven track record in gathering requirements and developing process flows by collaborating with key business and technology stakeholders.
2. We are looking for someone with strong project management skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
Have a good understanding of Business processes and be able to define the requirements as user stories for development team
Create flow charts, Business process flows as required
Test application, identify problems and document them to be fixed in next sprint cycles
Maintain user documentation, help with UAT to stakeholders
