Job summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled DC Operations Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows and VMware administration. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage multiple projects effectively. The position operates during day shifts, and no travel is required.

Responsibilities:
Perform system administration activities (e.g., Active Directory,
Performs access control; manage files and disk space, etc.).
VM host and guest security management
Increasing disk size, changing CPU, changing memory
Monitoring/taking snapshot and clean up
VM host and guest user and group account management
VM host and guest file management
Provision/decommission systems in accordance with approved Client's procedures.
Monitor and control storage performance for reliability and malfunction.
Maintain and improve storage resource efficiency and space Requirements
Perform data and file backups and restores per established procedures
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Windows administration with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining Windows environments.
Have extensive experience in VMware administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Show proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
Have a solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and improve system performance.
