What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resource Coordinator Admin position at Cloudious LLC?
Cloudious is a US Based IT Company headquartered in San Jose CA with global presence in Canada UK India Australia and Mexico.
We are currently seeking a seasoned HR Professional to join our Human Resources Department as HR Exec / HR Admin who can work from our San Jose CA office.
The job is a contract to hire role and remuneration is as per Market Standard.
JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage employee records including new hire onboarding terminations and updating employee information.
Supervise new employee / contractor onboarding offer negotiation offer roll outs and conduct orientation sessions.
Provide assistance negotiation and follow ups on company policies Client MSAs vendor contracts audits and documentation to supervisors and managers.
Assist with the preparation of HRrelated reports and presentations & audits for the client.
Ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations regarding employment practices Full time or Contractual basis.
Verify I9s are documented properly. Process EVerify for each employee.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and other HRrelated matters.
Administer the screening process for all new hires to include background checks preemployment drug screens prior to their start date.
Oversee and manage maintenance of and changes to HR database and systems records and files.
Performs administration of health plans including enrollments change reporting terminations approving invoices for payment.
Coordinates with the Workers Compensation insurance carrier to ensure proper administration of claims.
Respond to all unemployment inquiries and participate in hearings as required.
Performs other duties as assigned like managing office inventory supplies managing travel logistics for the employees.
SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS :
Knowledge skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job.
Education / Experience :
A Bachelors Degree or three to five years human resource experience in the HR field as HR and Admin Officer HR Admin Assistant or any similar combination of education and experience.
Prior experience working in a IT Consulting & Services Company is a huge plus.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
1. Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity Laws Fair Labor Standards Act Civil Rights Act of 1964 ERISA and employment practices and procedures.
2. Knowledge of Federal and State Labor laws insurance practices and procedures and Workers Compensation State Law.
3. Ability to make decisions exhibit sound and accurate judgment and make timely decisions.
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Strong negotiation skills.
6. Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
