Cloudious is a US Based IT Company headquartered in San Jose, CA with global presence in Canada, UK, India, Australia and Mexico.
We are currently seeking a seasoned Full Life cycle IT Engineering Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team who can work from our San Jose, CA office in a hybrid mode to support Full Time hiring needs for one of our Direct Clients.
The job is a long-term contract role and remuneration is as per Market Standard.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements for engineering positions.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and engineering-focused events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ technical expertise and suitability.
- Coordinate and conduct technical interviews, sometimes in collaboration with engineering teams, to evaluate candidates’ technical abilities.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified engineering candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about trends in engineering talent acquisition, including emerging technologies and skill sets.
- Build strong relationships with engineering candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and manage job postings to attract qualified candidates across various platforms.
- Provide feedback and advice to hiring managers on candidates’ fit, qualifications, and areas for improvement.
