We are looking for a motivated and skilled US IT Recruiter to help us find talented professionals who will contribute to our team and help our organization grow. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT roles, the technical skills required, and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source top IT talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the company.
- Job Posting & Advertisement: Create and post job ads on various platforms to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, including technical assessments and team interviews.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates to create a pipeline of potential hires.
- Offer Management: Present job offers to selected candidates and manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits.
- Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring trends.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, with a strong understanding of IT positions (e.g., software developers, network engineers, IT project managers, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of various recruiting methods and tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and others.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
