Description :
Client is looking for a Salesforce Consultant This requirement is for an SFDC Consultant / Advisor with SFDC Certifications (ADM201 mandatory Sales Cloud / Service Cloud). This is NOT a simple Business Analyst requirement but a Salesforce Sales / Service / Experience Cloud Consultant / Advisor who can do very good and clear Solution Design in Salesforce Sales / Service / Experience Cloud
1. As a Sales / Service / Experience Cloud SFDC Consultant the person should have driven or played an integral role in a minimum of 45 different Sales / Service / Experience Cloud Salesforce.com implementations of not less than 6 months each.
2. Total IT industry experience of at least 8 years with at least 5 of those in Salesforce.com and Sales / Service / Experience Cloud. Projects experience with specific reference to CRM Roadmap planning and Sales / Service / Experience Cloud / Salesforce / Force.com Implementation / Architectural oversight will be necessary.
3. Should have experience working with SFDC objects configuration and administration essentials.
4. Ability to capture requirements from business users requirements may pertain to implementation of SFDC Service / Sales / Experience Cloud / Chatter or may pertain to development of pureplay Customapplications on the Force.com platform.
5. Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes : Very strong handson experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD SRS (Functional requirements) Gap analysis documents / Usecases and Solution Design documentation.
6. Important! Very good Experience in Designing solutions in Sales / Service Cloud / SFDC / Force.com based on a BRD and churning out a Solution Design / Technical Design Document.
7. Also need to be able to build prototype configurations in Sales / Service / Experience Cloud / SFDC / Force.com / CHATTER as part of Design phase.
8. Apex / Visualforce knowledge will be nice to have but not mandatory as long as the person has very good experience in doing Solution Design / Technical Design.
9. Knowledge of and experience in Salesforce.com CODElevel reengineering / Code optimization will also be goodtohave. Some reasonable handson knowledge in Apex / Visualforce / Javascript frameworks / HTML5 / WebServices will be needed.
10. Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies and in running endtoend Requirementsgathering and Designbrainstorming sessions.
11. Good communication and analytical skills are a Must the person should be able to grasp user requirements quickly and also be able to present information to users effectively during design / prototype reviews / JAD sessions.
12. Experience in OnsiteOffshore coordination : Coordinate with Development Configuration and Testing teams during build and deployment phases of the project. Also will need to liaison between IT and business teams to help clarify questions and requirements.
13. Lateevening and / or earlymorning calls with Offshore development / configuration / testing teams will be part of the Project in the longrun.
14. This is a position for an experienced Consultant and the person will not only interact with different Business and IT teams on a daytoday basis but will also be the key person responsible for winning the confidence of the main Project Sponsor (VP / Executive Director level) as well as the Enterprise Architecture team at the clientsite.
Mandatory Areas : Must Have Skills
Skill 1 Minimum of 45 Salesforce Sales / Service / Experience Cloud implementations each lasting at least 6 months.
Skill 2 Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM Roadmap Planning Solution Design and Sales / Service / Experience Cloud Implementation.
Skill 3 Proficiency with SFDC objects configurations and administration essentials.
Skill 4 Handson knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools and ability to build prototypes in Sales / Service / Experience Cloud.
Skill 5 Goodtohave knowledge of Apex / Visualforce JavaScript frameworks HTML5 and Web Services.
Skill 6 Ability to create Solution Design / Technical Design Documents from BRDs (Business Requirements Documents).
Skill 7 Strong skills in conducting Gap analysis preparing Functional Requirements (SRS) and creating Use Case documentation.
Skill 8 Proven ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and handle endtoend
Skill 9 Experience managing offshore development / configuration / testing teams.
Skill 10 Willingness to work flexible hours including lateevening / earlymorning calls.
Must have Certifications Salesforce Certifications :
o ADM201 (Mandatory).
o Sales Cloud or Service Cloud certification (Mandatory).
o Experience Cloud certification is a plus
Nice to have Skills :
1. Apex / Visualforce : Experience in codelevel reengineering and code optimization.
2. JavaScript Frameworks : Handson knowledge of modern JS frameworks.
3. CHATTER : Familiarity with Salesforce Chatter for collaboration.
4. Custom Applications : Experience developing custom apps on the Force.com platform.
